Magnolia ISD Parent Self Serve

Log in and view your students:
Grades | Attendance |Student Registration | Performance Data | Immunizations 
and other information.

NOTE: Students new to Magnolia ISD for the 26-27 school year will not appear in the Parent Self-Serve system until the first day of school 8/12/2026. To upload documents, log in to Magnolia ISD Online Registration  with your Parent Self Serve credentials, select your student and proceed to the Attachment tab..
NEW USERS - Please select "Register" to start the registration process. 

To register and be authenticated, you must enter the following required information for one of your children:
(Note All the data entered must match the existing data in the system for your account to be created)

  • Parent/guardian's legal first name
  • Parent/guardian's legal last name
  • Parent's primary email address (provided to the school)
  • Student Birthdate 
  • Student's legal first name 
  • Student ID (Student Lunch ID)
  • Student's legal last name
  • Zip code of "resides with" parent home address

EXISTING USERS (Parent/Guardian Staff/Volunteer) - Click "Sign In" to log in with your existing username and password. 
DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT
